Couples & Family Therapy
Humans are social creatures; we do best in community with others.
This is why having a thriving core unit as a couple or a family is so important to our individual success and sense of wellbeing. When working with couples or families, my primary focus is the health of the relationships so everyone can show up for each other in the most supportive ways possible.
Together we will find ways to improve communication and understanding so everyone feels seen, heard, respected, and connected.
Perinatal and Postnatal Support
I firmly believe that all people are called to find their superpowers when they become parents.
It is hard work to create and raise little humans while tending to our own mortal needs. The demands are so intense that we can become off balance, particularly in the early years.
From trying to conceive, to pregnancy loss, to successful but traumatizing birth experiences, to the struggles of raising even healthy newborns, to managing healthy partnerships and community support, there is a lot on the plates of parents, and mothers in particular. I am here to support you, validate you, and give you space to step into your role with confidence, strength, and tenderness.
