About Me

Milan Ramsey

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to helping people heal and grow.

My background in clinical social work taught me how deeply our lives are shaped by our experiences, families, and communities. I work with you to look at how your story has shaped you, and how you can rewrite the parts that no longer fit.

In our work together, I create a space that honors your background, culture, and identity. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and honest. Healing and change take courage. This can feel uncomfortable at times, but that discomfort is part of the process. I’ll be beside you through it, helping you find your strength, voice, and clarity along the way.

My approach is trauma-informed, multicultural, and growth-oriented. I help people uncover what’s working, what’s not, and how to build a life that feels intentional and authentic.

I am supervised by Emily Markowitz Bailey, LMSW LCSW (License #28138).
